Warranty Coverage
All ZENTEK handheld consoles are covered by a 2-year hardware warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware-related issues under normal use.

30-Day Replacement Policy
If your ZENTEK device arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery,
we offer a 1-for-1 replacement or a full refund.
