All ELVYR skincare products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. Our products are shown to be effective and gentle when used as directed.

Because skincare products are personal-use items, we kindly ask customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

- You received the wrong item

- The product arrived damaged or defective

- The product was leaking or broken upon arrival

To be eligible:

- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

- Proof of purchase (order number) is required


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

- Opened or used skincare products

- Items returned due to personal preference, skin reaction, or change of mind

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full application.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

 - Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer:

- A free replacement, or

- A full refund, based on your preference

Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost.
